Leon Efraim is an amazing Lawyer. He assisted me in the sale of my corporation in 2021. Again in 2023, with very short notice, he prepared all my legal work including doing all transfers all my remaining corporations, properties and shares, to my children, adding and changing title and mortgage information etc. with little notice to get it done quick, when I was moving to the US. His rates were more than reasonable and he was always available to chat or answer random emails from me. He also helped me find a good cross border accountant.
