Barrister and Solicitor

Catherine Font-Iturralde

Catherine is an associate lawyer at Thomas, Efraim LLP. Catherine's practice is focused on Real Estate Law and Estate Law.

Being in a real estate field for more than 10 years, her expertise includes residential, commercial, business, and private mortgage closings. She has always maintained that it is a lawyer's responsibility to work with clients to ensure that each individual client’s needs are met.

Her estate practice involves giving legal advice concerning estate planning through preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney, and handling probate matters. Estate planning can sometimes be a daunting subject to broach, so Catherine likes to personalize the experience of each client to ensure that any and all concerns they may have are addressed appropriately.

Prior to entering the firm, Catherine worked as a junior lawyer in a Toronto law office. She worked as a senior law clerk at the same firm where she completed her articles.

Catherine holds a degree of Bachelor of Laws and was called to the Bar in Ontario in May 2020.

Catherine is fully bilingual in English and Filipino.

Catherine's experience has always been driven by her desire to help clients and assist them with their legal needs.
